EVMs cannot be tampered with: Chief election commissioner

Chief election commissioner Sunil Arora on Wednesday said the electronic voting machines (EVM) have been in use for nearly two decades and it cannot be tampered with. "I had earlier said, and I once again say that these machines cannot be tampered with," he said when asked about the concerns raised over EVM's functioning.
