Congress to vote against Citizenship bill in RS

Congress in-charge of Assam, Harish Rawat, who led a delegation of party leaders to a series of meetings with senior national leaders of the party in New Delhi under instructions from Rahul Gandhi said, “It has been decided that Congress will vote against the bill in Rajya Sabha and a three-line whip will be issued.”
