Assam: SP transferred amid reports of brother joining militancy in J&K

Amid reports of his missing brother suspected to have joined the militant ranks in J&K, the Assam government on Wednesday transferred out IPS officer Inam- Ul-Haq Mengnoo, from his current posting as superintendent of police of Hamren in Assam’s Karbi Anglong district.
