Kashmir braces for heavy snowfall after last week’s spell

Jammu and Kashmir is preparing for more heavy snowfall. A western disturbance is expected to bring snow starting Monday evening. This could affect flights and the Jammu-Srinagar highway. Moderate to heavy snowfall is forecast for most of Kashmir and higher Jammu regions on Tuesday. Light rain and higher-reach snow are possible Wednesday.
