HC bench sets aside single-judge order cancelling job recruitment exams in J&K

A division bench of the Jammu and Kashmir high court on Friday set aside a single-judge order cancelling the examinations conducted by J&K Service Selection Board (JKSSB) through Mumbai-based Aptech Ltd, a firm blacklisted in the past for facilitating malpractices in public examinations, and referred the petition back to the writ court to decide the matter afresh.
