Ukraine: India backs probe as Russia faces outrage for mass killings

India had earlier abstained from a vote on a resolution in the UN Human Rights Council seeking a commission of inquiry to look into violations committed during Russia’s military operation in Ukraine. China did not condemn the killings even as it described Bucha images as very disturbing.
