Payments made for driving license, fitness certificate won’t lapse till July 31

Payments made by applicants for obtaining documents or availing services under the Central Motor Vehicle Rules such as for getting a new driving license or renewing an existing one, learners licence, international driving permit and for undertaking any test on or after February 1 won’t lapse till July 31.
