Minor old enough to drive & kill, but too young to be tried

The Supreme Court on Thursday held that a "gross mistake" had been committed by framers of the Juvenile Justice Act that allows a juvenile to evade being treated as an adult in grave offences such as homicide not amounting to murder, as these crimes do not carry a minimum sentence.
