Nehru’s Anand Bhawan gets Rs 4.35 crore tax notice, seeks relief

The Prayagraj municipal corporation has slapped a house tax notice on Anand Bhawan, the ancestral house of the nation’s first Prime Minister, Jawaharlal Nehru, in Allahabad, seeking payment of dues amounting to Rs 4.35 crore. The dues include tax arrears since 2003.
