Meet Maharashtra's 24 women MLAs

Merely 235 of the 3,237 candidates in the fray for the 2019 state assembly elections were women. Twenty four of them won-the highest number of women to get elected in Maharashtra polls-and will now make up 8.3% of the assembly total strength compared with 20 or 7.3% in 2014.
