KTS Tulsi introduces bill in RS to make sexual exploitation gender neutral

The bill calls for amending the Indian Penal Code to include all vulnerable persons, including men and transgenders in addition to women, from sexual exploitation. The proposed bill called the Criminal Law (Amendment) Bill, 2018 seeks to replace the word "man" with "whoever" to make it inclusive of all the genders.
