#MenToo: Legal experts’ demand — Courts should punish those filing false complaints

Senior advocates Ajit Sinha and Sanjay Hedge said that courts should take action if they come to the conclusion that the complaint was cooked up to implicate an innocent person. Sinha said a court can take suo motu action and should direct lodging of FIR against the women for filing a false rape case.
