Security forces persuade NSCN (IM) to vacate illegal camp in Manipur

"NSCN (IM) has time and again violated the ceasefire ground rules endangering the peace and tranquillity in the region. The recent incident was a repeat of similar activities undertaken by the outfit in violation of the agreement signed by it with the Government of India. Such activities by the NSCN (IM) risks the lives of civilians," a senior official said.
