Mulayam confined at home by force, not allowed to meet anybody: Shivpal

Shivpal said, “It appears that Netaji has been confined forcibly and is not allowed to go out or meet anybody alone.” Recalling Netaji’s birthday program in Safai last year, Shivpal, who had then waited for his elder brother for hours, rued that he was not allowed to enter Safai.
