Government residences of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and former CM duo Lalu Prasad -Rabri Devi -- both located at distance of nearly 150 metres on the southern side of Circular Road here, wore a distinctly contrast look on Monday, the second day of the four-day Chhath puja, the most important festival in Bihar. ​
