High Court quashes two decades old defamation case against deputy CM Modi

The criminal defamation case was lodged by the then RJD MLA RK Rana, representing the Gopalpur assembly seat of Naugachchia town in Bhagalpur. Modi was the then leader of opposition in the Bihar.
