Vachan Patra also claimed Congress government “will make the process of recruitments and appointments transparent” and Vyapam (Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board), which has been in the eye of a storm over past 8 years, will be shut-down. Congress over the years has been accusing the BJP government involvement in the Vyapam irregularities which the party claims has usurped lakhs of the meritorious youth of their jobs.
