Nalasopara arms haul: Pangarkar sent to ATS custody till September 6

The ATS, in its remand paper, claimed the accused wanted to carry out terrorist activities in Mumbai, Nalasopara, Pune, Satara and Solapur. They were booked under the Prevention of Unlawful Activities Act for allegedly plotting blasts to disturb communal harmony and having links with terrorist organisations.
