Eye on polls, Congress to map country for sympathisers

Congress has decided to compile a nationwide database of community leaders, influencers and businessmen at the lowest rung of every constituency, in what appears to be an attempt to put in place a campaign machine ahead of 2019 elections. ​​Details have been sought on charitable and religious institutions, NRIs, opinion-makers, women self-help groups and NGOs .
