Eye on early polls, KCR may announce sops of Rs 60,000 crore today

​​As part of the move, KCR is all set to announce loan waiver up to Rs 2 lakh to each farmer, monthly stipend to unemployed youths, interim relief to government employees and enhancement of monthly pension to various categories, among other schemes.
